14 May 2022La Fastuchera, where to find a piece of the Mediterranean in Bologna. The food receives and deserves 5 stars, balanced in flavors and seasonings, a choice that is not correctly vast but refined. There are few limits to the imagination for pairings with wines and more. Service? One of the owners, Alessandra, is professional and welcoming, helpful and seems to have eyes everywhere for customer care. The environment is well cared for and very assorted as accessories but not tacky. I will definitely come back to visit you... thank you very much.
