14 May 2022The place is beautiful, well-kept, the courtyard is super cute and the welcome and kindness top! Let's move on to the most important aspect: the food! We really tried quite a few dishes and they were one better than the other with a special mention to the swordfish rolls that brought me straight back home to Sicily. Excellent wine cellar. I will definitely be back soon.

17 July 2023I know this place only for an evening attendance so I express a partial judgment as a wine shop which I would say is very valid. The wines are simply excellent, truly quality, perhaps accompanied by a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. Excellent for being in company, very nice and prepared owner, simple place but warm and very very pleasant atmosphere. There is also the possibility to have lunch. I hope I get the chance because they tell me excellent.

A fantastic little place, just far enough out of the city centre to feel secluded from the tourist crowds. The small menu is filled with great produce and takes some influence from the local area (great focaccia, mortadella on a plate to start) while featuring real Sicilian food. Service is excellent; very accommodating, friendly, with wait staff obviously passionate about the food they are serving - something that doesn't happen often. The Vegetarian lasagne was carefully made by a skilled chef, and tasted amazing. Beef tartare was simple but showcased the beef very well. Also, the best cannoli you will eat, with fresh Sicilian ricotta!

Very nice place, intimate, delicious dishes with exceptional raw materials. The service really courteous, fast and pleasant. Good quality - price, nice location near Porta Zaragoza for a nice after-lunch stroll through the narrow streets of the centre. Advise!
